Had lunch at Jai Thai with the bloggers on a Friday afternoon.
Rushed over from school and got the rest to wait for me.

Jai Thai have 3 branches in Singapore currently, we were at the one located at Purvis Street.
It's somewhere in between City Hall and Bugis, near Bras Basah complex.

Ordering the Tom Yum soup in the restuarant never goes wrong.
I much prefer clear tomyum soup cause it's less oily and I guess it's slightly healthier?

I didn't try this, I can't take beef.

Major love this ! Try this when you are at Jal Thai !

The savoury taste that I couldn't explain .
You need to try it out yourself.
Craving for it now, argh !

There are 2 rice sets which were strongly recommended if you prefer to have a wide variety of food at small quantity.

First one would be the pineapple rice set.
There are pineapple rice,thai green curry , pandan chicken , spring roll and fish with chili sauce in the set.

The other rice set is the olive rice set.
I don't fancy olive rice but mummy says olive rice is a must have at Thai food restaurants !
Like it or not, you got to try it yourself.
Together with the olive rice, there are mango salad , tau fu green curry , fish with chili sauce and fried mixed vegetables.

Moving on, we also had pandan chicken which all of us loved it.

It tastes like those sesame crispy chicken from the pasar malam taiwan snack stall.
Not exactly the same, but near.

Another staple in Thai food places.
Fried chicken with cashew nuts, some vege and stir fried with sauce.

After a hearty lunch, we decided to get the thai milk tea to share since we never try before.
It was surprisingly good.
Super sweet, but it's not the type that you will get sugar rush after a sip or those that would make one very sick of it.
I like the fragrant of the tea leaves after taste.

Terence left before that , so there's a pic or two of the remaining 4!

Dinz nom nom @Jane Thai .

Yesterday (yes 7 Nov) I met up with Calvin , Conan, Fenny & Fenny's bro for dinner in town.
I am so diligent to blog this up so quickly because the food is too delicious and I'm craving for it.
Yes very wtf.

I seldom have food Thai in SG cause I can't find cheap ones and yums ones.
Missing the ones I had at grandma's place. Calling for @shuqiyeoh ... ^^

Anyway we ordered 4 dishes to share .

Tom Yum Seafood Clear Soup

We opted for clear soup cause we were too scared that it will turn out to be too spicy for us !
As I look at the picture above and typing this, my stomach growled.

Always thought that clear soup is much hotter than red based ones, but the server told us that the clear soup is less spicy .
Then Okay lor. :)

Super awesome and not really spicy !ヾ(●⌒∇⌒●)ﾉ わーい

Mango Salad

My favourite !
I always order this when I have thai food .
Super spicy for us but mad shiok !

Phad Thai

Chicken Phad thai for us cause Tomyum soup already had seafood.

Pineapple Fried Rice

Pineapple rice taste about the same everywhere to me.
So nothing special for me to write.

OMG I love their food !!!!!!!!!!
 I'm bringing whoever wants to have dinner with me in Orchard next to this place.

After that we got over to Shaw Mc Cafe and played some Angry bird game Calvin bought from Hong Kong.
The game instructions were kinda screwed up so we played OUR version.

Homed with a hearty meal and great entertainment !
