Amazing Sticky Presentations Quick Start Workshop- By StickySPY

Recently , I had a chance to attend a workshop by Stickyspy.
It was held at Chris' Tea House , located along Upper Paya Lebar Road.
It was quite out of the place and I had a hard time getting there .
I had to travel all the way to Tai Seng Station before I realised how near it was to my place.

It's around 3 bus stops away from Serangoon MRT :]

Basically it is a workshop to improve on our presentation skills.
My friends ask me this
" Huh? Go learn how to do presentation slides? You dontknow how to do meh?" " huh? this kind of thing also need to learn from workshop meh ?"

Well , the workshop evolves about the 6 key techniques .

1. Concept
2. Text
3. Images
4. Numbers
5. Positioning
6. Transitions ( where all the irritating animation comes out =3=)

There were many different individuals we came for the workshop.
From student like me to working professionals who have to present BALANCE SHEET AND WHAT NOT>

HOW TO NOT GET SLEEPY WHILE LISTENING TO A MILLION WORDS AND NUMBERS IN A PRESENTATION ?
I'm sure my "classmates" get headaches over presentations.

And we were taught how to simplify the WHOLEEEEEEEEE financial presentation .

Personal Views :
I enjoyed the whole session with stickyspy .
It made me understand the importance of a good presentation .
And HOW to be a good presenter with interestion slides.
From the workshop , I also realised that presenation slides is NOT about making your slides so chim and dull .
It is about S.P.Y > Simple ; Persuasive ; Youthful.
The slides Mr Ang prepared had made a good example for me to learn how to get my messages across to my audience (in the future) in a simple ,credible way .
CREATIVE IS KEY .
Think like a child, think of things that others wouldn't see it and surprise your audience.
