Dance makes the music better !

Singapore Dance Delight Vol. 2 was held at *Scape.

( I was lost on the way there)

Anyway ,

Really happy that I attended SDD2 Preliminaries !

Despite the heavy downpour,

more than a thousand youths came to grace the event!

Well , it's all about youth & dance after all !

Check out the amount of people!

With Janet & the other bloggers ( William , Gin & Jiaqi !!!)

Janet was nice enough to bring me along to show me the holding venue.

I was alone half the time and was kinda blurrrrr. HEHE

So....

After Janet's mini tour , I decided to move around myself.

& I saw quite a number of familiar faces as well !

Before I went for the event , I did a mini research on SDD .

I heard that a quarter of the participating teams was from my school . ( NYP Foreign Bodies)

Not really sure how true is that , everyone was great .

The participating teams were located in a air-conditioned holding room .

& I took pictures with them !

With some of the members from

AT.6 , Side by Side Crew as well as I.M (I dot M)

I was erm.. attracted to their cute bow ties

So ....

I woke up the team for this picture .

Hope I didn't affect their standard.

I caught their performance later on

& they were really awesome !

The first thing that came into me was .

ALICE IN THE WONDERLAND !!!

The rain stopped !

Crew members drying up the stage after the rain had stopped.

The rain was some kind of spoiler.

After the crew cleared up the stage

& the audience had seated down and got hyped up ,

Miss emo clouds decided to 'tear' and BOOMZ HEAVY RAIN AGAIN.

The event got postponed to a later timing.

F&N was the presenting sponsor !

They set up booths around .

Cute little freebies that F&N crew gave out.

Guess what is it !

It is a mini sized F&N can drink

With wet tissue inside !

& Very sweet of time to give this as well.

Consists of a fan( which means the handle)

& A poncho inside.

The rain totally make us feel more humid .

Thanks to F&N who were providing free F&N drinks !

I happily got one & take photo !

I totally have to idea why I chose to wear long sleeve that day

Make me feel hot to the max !

Head back to the holding room after my drink

*ahhhhh ~ airconnnn~

There were also cosplayers at the event.

All thanks to the rain ,

yay-ness for more time for the teams

Most of the teams took the time to practice & brush up the final moves.

I continued roaming

& there is a iPhone app thingy set-up by F&N .

The weather just like to play pranks .

To keep things going, the organizing committee decided to shift the stage venue indoors .

I'm sorry my pictures don't do them justice .

But the teams are really good.

Seeing them dance make me wanna learn how to dance too !

Can I ?

The indoor venue was rather small

& could not accommodate everyone .

Luckily Gin , the other bloggers & I managed to get in .

Hongpeng was stuck outside though.

From my angle , this is the best I can take.

The rain decided to leave for good after the sky got dark .

& shifted the stage back to the original venue during intermission!
