I was just attending a talk by my mum's friend's company.
I have no doubt in the power of essential oil .
I somehow believe that everyone is always in need of a particular kind of smell in their lives.
In my opinion , I believe that if we reject a kind of smell (eg. rosemary) , it means that our body do not need that smell in a kind of another.
What happen was that the instructor or whatever she is called, placed I think 20 over bottles of essential oil and ask me to say some fluff .
I had to relax, close my eyes and then pick up 4 bottles of essential oil.
I picked up orange , patchouli , tea tree, chamomile .
According to the instructor ,
Orange means that alot of kids like to come near me, something is troubling me , and I have problems with my digestive system
Patchouli meant that I am a soft on the outside but a tough nut in the inside, and I have problems with my metabolism . It also 'says' that I am a very turnoff person in relationships. Like I will kinda ignore suitors ,stress easily over BGR and stuff like that. Maybe one of the reason that causes the breakup. #justsaying.
Tea tree meant I have problems with my respiratory systems , and I have a lot of patience .
Chamomile meant that I am over helpful ,(means I uber kind hor) but get frustrated easily if I can't do much and not healthy in terms of my metal state wtf .
Having symptoms of depression wtf. I was like that since young.
There are some more things that she mention but I can't remember.
This thing is dam cool and she say I can do it again after 28days if I use the essential oil .
Wth , she just summarised my life with four 10ml bottles of aroma essential oil .
I have to agree with all that it is accurate except for the unhealthy mental health thingy.
Yes I am still troubled and constantly thinking about many things but I have always been like that and I don't think that they are symptoms of depression or whatevery shit.
